Changes to Terms and Records of Agreements
First Drive Driving School  reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time
on the website. It is your responsibility to review the website terms and conditions regularly
to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions.

Driving licenses and fitness to drive:

You must hold a current, valid driving license, provisional, full or international, and produce it on your first driving/training session. You must be fit to drive with regards to legal and medical requirements.

Payments and Cancellation:

Lesson fees are normally payable on the day or advance if having a block
booking is booked. Payment can be made by cash only. If you need to cancel or re-arrange
a lesson at least 48 hours notice will need to be given or a cancellation fee will be charged.
(value of lesson) your instructor reserves the right to cancel,change,postpone the length,date and times of any lesson/s. sometimes the instructor may need to drive the pupil to and from the location due to the safety of both pupil and public, any time spent making this journey will come out the pupils lesson on that day.

Groupon Voucher:

Vouchers are only valid for the time period stated during purchasing. Vouchers are limited to 1 per person. All Groupon bookings must be made using the online form. 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or re-arrange a lesson else a cancellation fee will be charged. Only valid for postcodes E1, E3. E6-E8, E10, E14-E15, EC2, IG1, IG3 and IG11 only - Excluding congestion zone. Must be 17 or older with a valid UK provisional driving license. Beginners only - (New drivers who have not had any pervious driving experience or lessons). Manual cars only. Male driving instructors only. Standard terms and conditions apply as stated above.  Refunds are available through Groupon.

Driving Tests and Bookings:

When booking no two offers can be taken together.

The first two lessons in the introduction offer has to be taken together, block bookings need to be paid on the first lesson, your instructor reserves the right to refuse use of a driving school vehicle for test if he/she considers that provision of a vehicle could cause a risk to public safety.

Where a driving school car is used for test, the booking period will based upon the instructor's normal diary schedule. Depending on the time of the test this will require a minimum two hour booking and possibly longer. While your instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test, he/she cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during the test and is not liable for consequential loss.

Your instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by the DSA due to bad weather, sickness, staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellations are beyond the control of your instructor and therefore the lesson fee and ' use of car' fee for the booked period will be charged.
